Erika's Story
Life
After high school, I joined the Army and spent the next 6 years working as a radiology tech. I left the military in May of 2003 and worked for the gov't until June of 2006 when my family and I moved to South Carolina.
Military
I joined the military and thought I would go to Korea. Instead, I spent my entire time stateside. Came close to going to Bosnia and then of cours...Expand for more
e I was scared I would go to Afghanistan or Iraq. Fortunately though, I saw All of the U.S., Colorado, North Carolina, all the way up to Massachusetts and down to El Paso, TX. I take that back about staying in the U.S., I did go to Juarez, Mexico. Never do that again. I have met people from all walks of life and will probably not remember their names, but definitely will their faces.
