Erin's Story
Life
Met husband Mike when touring through Denver with the Rockettes (and he was on my local crew). Moved here in February 2006, married 2012, and am freelancing now as a stage manager. For a decade was a canoe river guide during the summer. Am also the Colorado Regional Rep of the national Stage Managers' Association and involved as a volunteer for several industry organizations. School
Was quite the nerd, band geek, theatre person...still musical and theatre-oriented.
College
Switched from ...Expand for more
acting to backstage in college. Wouldn't go back. Have also given many guest lectures at several universities since, and taught one semester virtually.
Workplace
Am an Equity and AGMA (union) stage manager in the entertainment business. Hard at times but very fun. Spent 5 Christmases touring with the Rockettes, among other theatres across the country. Recent credits have included theatre, opera, dance, cirque....and virtual events during the pandemic.
Military
Ha! Made you look. DATED an Air Force captain once...closest you'll find me to being military.
