Life
The cat shows better, don't you think? My partner and I live about 50 miles NE of the cities on a little hobby farm near the St. Croix, south of Taylor's Falls. After a meandering journey that included stints in retail, newspapers, banking, accounting, advertisting, and finally a Master's in Anthropology, I am now the managing partner of our own firm, Two Pines Resource Group. I am still amazed at how easily I embraced country livin' after being a die-hard "uptown rat." I love the peace and quiet, even more so since we gave up the commute into the city and started working out of our barn. I can't express enough what it feels like to not start and end the day sitting in traffic going nowhere for hours on end.
