Felix's Story
Life
Many, especially those not from Totowa, may remember me as "John" which is my Middle Name. I also used "John" all through my working career except in my music endeavors. Musicians, real intimate friends and family always addressed me as "Sonny" and still do! Have four grown sons and two grown step-daughters (twins). Add to that, six grandchildren, oldest a 07 graduate of PV, in college on a full academic scholarship. Always being small & shy around the girls in school, I caught up real quick by growing 4 inches after graduation getting married 3 times. The 3rd was the charm, now 20+ yrs. of energy, and feel like there's a 20 yr. old inside trying to escape although the aging body at times tells me different! Fortunately, kept weight in line, still have some black hair accented with male pattern baldness and a touch of gray at the temples. Turned 65 in 2004 and kept working through April. 06. Enjoying the leisure life for the time being. I may look for something to do part time if I get bored or finished with all my DIY projects, whichever comes first. We do a lot of traveling which always was a dream of mine. I don't perform professionally any longer but do sing in a community chorus to stay with the music.
