forris's Story
I came to Indian Orchard to work in a factory on 9-11-1959 and worked there for two years, then went to Texas for nine months and worked many construction jobs. From there I came back to Massachusetts in December of 1961.
I went back to the factory ,but it had moved to Bondsville Ma. I worked there for one more year and got a job at a egg carton factory for nine months. I worked at West Over Air Force Base with a tree outfit for three months then started working as a union laberor fo...Expand for more
r two years ,then got into the teamsters union for three months. I finally settled down into a steady job for thirty two years in the carpenters union and it was good work, had to travea one or two hours to and from work each day but I learned about many places in Ma.,Vermont., N.H. Conn. (GOD has blessed me and my family.
My wife and I got married on January 11,1964 and will be 48 years in January 2012,and we have been blessed with 5
children and 10 grnd-chrildren. (Life is Good)
