Life
At 41, I've turned into a 'country girl' - if that term still applies to a gal in her 40's. I left the city and single life when, at 38, I met Brad. He made me change my mind about men in general. I'd given up on finding a soul-mate (after many baaad relationships )and had decided that I was just fine (and happy) by myself. Not even two weeks after that realization, I met Brad. That was July 2001. We moved to the country (several miles outside of Russellville) about a year later and got married in December of 2003. With Brad came my first experience with children (I'd also given up on having any kids). I now have two step sons - Trenton 12 and Ryan 8. Now that's a life altering change!!! ew life and I'm happier than I ever thought I would be. My life is full with family and work. I'm starting my 11th year working at the Conservation Department. I started off as a programmer and I'm now a Database Administrator. I spend lots of evenings and weekends working in the computer room but I like the challenge and it's never boring! Together, Brad and I have started a construction business. I'm not very 'hands on' with the actual work, but I help with the planning, accounting, phones and ideas, but I have been known to swing a mean hammer or paint brush! With whatever time we have left, we try to crappie fish as much as possible, ride on our old Harley or just hang around on the farm. Life is good!!!
