Frances's Story
Moved to Delaware in August, 1962 after husband, Alex DeDominicis, (from Brooklyn) got his PhD from NYU to work as a research Chemist for duPont Co. I am still in the same house. Two children (Alex-1960- Finance manager for duPont -wife -2 children) and Phillip (1963) Investment Banker- Wall Street until 9/11 and now in Mld.
Employed by 4 governors from 1969 to 1992 as Highway Commissioner, Director of Consumer Affairs, and Secretary of Community Affairs until 1992..JD from Widener in 1982. Attorney and then Pres. of the BBBof De. Alex (Sr.) died in 1999. Married to Louis R. West (Emerson Class of 1953) (Died in 2001)

Brother Donald(class of January 1956)- Professor at Stevens Institute of Technology- 2 sons, 5 grandchildred.Lives in Tenafly. Twins- Emerson 1962 -Paul (Electrical Engineer -lives in Little Falls-3 daughters: 4 grandaughters. Patricia-lived in Weehauken-died in April 2011.I am still cooking, sewing, and cheering all the good folks on! Inducted to the DE Women's Hall of Fame in 2012. Husband, Edward W. Hinton ,85, died April 6th, 2015. He was an antique dealer, retired aerospace engineer , Marine Corps veteran of the Korean war, Delaware native.
