Frances's Story
Damn life flies, 30 years have come and gone since graduation from high school. It seems it took forever to reach 18 and half the time to reach 40.
Aftter leaving Cali in '84 I moved to Atlanta to finish high school . I started my family shortly after graduation and I continued to stay in Atlanta for 10 years. I moved back to Cali at the beginning of '95.
I have 5 children in total ages 29, 23, 22, 17 & 15.
They are very intelligent (they get that from their Mommy). My boys are handsome and my girls are very beautiful (they all get that from their Mommy too) but you don't have to believe what I tell you, check it out for yourself in the pictures. My late husband passed away 8 years ago, so right now it's just me and my babies chilling.
I do still enjoy writing poetry from time to time or should I say when the mood hits me, but with 1 child still living at home. I run between work, picking him up from school, football practice/games, wrestling practice/matches, track practice/meets and anything else He can get me, the honorary cab driver/cook/maid to take/do for him I don't have time to write. ing it all though.
To answer the question in the "Story Ideas" on the left side of my screen, the question is: To be truly happy you would be where, doing what, with whom?"
I have to say that I think if your are not happy with yourself, you can never find true happiness doing anything, with anyone,, anywhere at anytime. Well with that said, for me it would be nice to be in Bora Bora living in one of those little bungalows off shore in the peaceful water with my special man, whoever he maybe, just relaxing enjoying each other's company. Of course I would love for my children to be there, if they are still young. However if they are all grown up, they can just come and visit me sometimes,LOL.
I must say that God has truly blessed me in this journey we call LIFE, everything I have gone through, am going through, will go through is a lesson or a test which I can survive and I can't/won't complain. Overall life has been good.
I hope to hear from all my friends I haven't seen or heard from in many years, you have been missed and who knows maybe I will make some new friends. You all take care, be good to yourselves.
