More about Francine:"I lived in Anvers (Antwerpen) Belgium for 2 yrs when I was young. I left Montreal in 1970 to go to Sudbury then moved to Halifax then London, England for 5 yrs and moved back to Canada in 82 where we were stationed in Ottawa and have remained here since. I now live south of Ottawa app. 1 hour away in a small quiet village and love it here. I am only minutes away from the water front which is nice.".
