Life
October 16, 1944 - Born in Jersey City, NJ
June 1961 - Graduated from Baltimore Polytechnic B Course
October 13, 1961 - Got first job with BGE.
March 27, 1965 - Married Elizabeth Treantafellow
July 22, 1966 - Daughter Cheryl Anne was born.
June 5, 1967 - Took a job with Bechtel Power Corp.
August 21, 1969 - Daughter Suzanne Denise was born.
December 31, 1971 - Son David Bryan was born.
October, 1972 - Had our first home built in Woodbine, MD
May ,1979 to June, 1980 - Took my family and our Ford van on an assignment to Mexico City. Vacationed at all pyramid sites. Spent Christmas and New Year's Day on the beach near Cancun.
December, 1986 - Left Bechtel to begin my own business.
April, 1988 - Divorced
July 31, 1988 - Granddaughter Jennifer, first of nine grandchildren, born to Cheryl.
March 3, 1990 - Grandson Brandon born to Cheryl.
May 17, 1991 - Granddaughter Stephanie born to Suzanne.
December 16, 1994 - Twins Christopher and Lauren born to Cheryl.
March 4, 1996 - Granddaughter Brienna born to David's wife Kelly.
May 20, 1996 - Granddaughter Sydney born to Suzanne.
January, 1995 - Incorporated myself as ELECTRAK Corp.
March 23, 1998 - Granddaughter Savannah born to Suzanne.
August 29, 2000 - Granddaughter Alyssa born to David's wife Kelly.
October, 2004 -Sold my house of 32 years in Woodbine and bought a split level in Mount Airy, MD.
January 1, 2005 - Married the former Rhonda Granico, my best friend and partner for the last 15 years.
Pets: We have 2 dogs (Trooper, a chocolate lab & Ellie Mae, a black lab) and 3 cats (Isabelle, Coby & Marshmallow). Six year old Trooper was mine, the three c...Expand for more

Hobbies: I am serious collector of pre-1973 Baltimore Colts items and pre-1971 Orioles items. Some of my Colts collection are on loan to the new Babe Ruth Museum at the Camden Yards train station.
I also collect hard back leather-bound classic literature for my library (and also have a complete collection of Classics Illustrated comic books that ran from 1941 to 1969).
Rhonda's hobbies include old cookbooks and Longaberger baskets.
College
While working as a drafter at BGE, I completed night courses in College Algebra (A), Trigonometry (A), Analytic Geometry (B), Differential Calculus (A) and Integral Calculus (B). When my wife had our first child in 1966, I took a senior drafter job with Bechtel Power Corporation in Gaithersburg, MD and stopped attending college. Nevertheless, I subsequently was promoted to (non-degreed) engineer at Bechtel.
Workplace
1961-1967 Worked for BGE as an electrical drafter;
1967-1986 Worked for Bechtel Power Corp. as a senior drafter. Was promoted to electrical designer in 1970 and ultimately to engineer in 1979 and senior engineer in 1984. Worked in Mexico City from 1979-1980 teaching Mexican electrical utility (CFE) engineers computerized cable management. Developed a Spanish speaking user manual.
1986-Present Work for myself developing electrical cable management and fire protection/Appendix R software (Windows/Oracle) for nuclear power plants. Incorporated myself in 1995 as ELECTRAK Corporation. Presently have nuclear utility clients in New York, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Vermont. (Visit my site at electrakcorpdotcom)
