Frank's Story
After graduation from St. Basil Seminary & College Preparatory School, Frank studied creative writing and theater at Purdue University. He earned a master's degree in English at the University of Southern California where he wrote a thesis on Carl Jung and the autobiographical romance novels of Henry Miller. He prepared for a career as a schoolman at the University of Hawaii and at the University of Alaska. In addition to coursework in pedagogy, he studied hatha yoga and modern dance. became a K--12 school principal, and served as an elected school board officer before retiring. He has published poetry in various journals and works most days on a psychological/spiritual low-fantasy romance novel. He has had extensive wilderness experience and has boxes of logbooks and journals that may one day become the source of an extended essay on wilderness cruising. Frank loves ethnic music of all kinds and enjoys playing Old Time and Bluegrass music.
