I attended Latin School between 1974 and 1978. Due to my last name, I became the school's very last graduate! After graduation, I attended Saint Meinrad College for three years. I worked for Cummins Engine company in Columbus, IN for two years. I entered basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio TX on 29 March 1984. I retired from the United States Air Force on 1 July 2007 as a Master Sergeant (E-7). I served 23+ years in the Military Police career field. I had 3 combat tours serving in the Persian Gulf War in 1991, Kuwait in 2003 and Iraq in 2005. I am a 70% VA rated disabled combat veteran! Within two-weeks of retiring from the USAF I began working for the the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office in Fort Walton Beach, FL as a sworn deputy. I worked patrol duties for 8+ years.
