Fred's Story
I was a studier not a social animal! I came from McPherson Park Jun High in 1958, and in 1960-61 was in Mr Gilmores home room, also a prefect (and on the Council), a member of the 1961 very successful debating team (with Scott Van Alstine (now QC on the Island), Don Mullis, Paul Regher, Marion Lane (now an Ontario judge) and Michelle Whitmore), BCHS member on the successful winning team on Reach for the Top TV quiz, and .

I went to UBC, Carlton University and London University (PhD), and moved to Australia (with my wife Margaret, who grew up in Perth), and have lived in Aus since 1972, in Perth, Sydney and Adelaide. We have one son almost finished Law School (I hope). I ¿retired¿ in 2008, but am still very busy with many things, including consulting to State and Federal governments in Canada. Now live in Perth WA and in the wine district of Margaret River - a little bit of paradise by the surf.
