Fred's Story
Started High School at Oklahoma Military Academy for two years. Attended (if you want to call it that, probably still hold the cut record) Northwest Classen after Taft Jr High and James Buchanan Grade school. Attended a semester at Putnam City then joined the USMC. Spent 4 1/2 years including a deployment to Viet Nam. Returned to OKC where I worked at Western Electric, Tinker then IBM. IBM stood for Ive Been Moved so I went to Topeka, Kansas City, Atlanta, New Jersey, New York, and finally Raleigh NC.
I co-wrote a book after I retired and started a consulting business...Expand for more
. During my assignment with IBM I served 3 years in Latin America and 7 years in an international assignment that took me all over the world.My last assignment for IBM was as an executive responsible for the Global Program for IBMs largest accounts. My book is named "Managing Global Accounts".
I also finished my degree at Syracuse graduating Magna Cum Laude when I was 39.
I have 10 grand children from 4 daughters. Will hit 64 this year and starting to feel it. I play golf and exercise but you cant beat mother nature.
