Frederick's Story
Life
I am married to my best friend Louise for over 38 yrs. We have 1 daughter who served as a Spanish speaking missionary for our Church. She was married on Jun 25, 2005 to another returned Spanish speaking missionary. They have a girl and 2 sons and live in Albany, NY. I have 2 other children and 7 other grandchildren. My oldest daughter has 3 children (and lives in Alpine, UT. She loves being a stay at home Mom. Her oldest daughter Samantha is leaving for a Mission in southern Argentina (Spanish Speaking). My son lives in Branford, Ct and has 3 children. My oldest granddaughter has my 1st Great-grandchild a little girl.
Military
Joined the U.S. Army in Jan 8, 1962 served 3 years active duty. I served at Ft. Dix, NJ for basic training, Ft. Deven's, MA for advanced training. I traveled to Asmara, Eritrea East Africa in Aug 1963 via Germany (Frankfurt), Switzerland (Zurich), Athens Greece and Cairo Egypt. omestead, Fl(9 months), Ft. Bragg, NC (2 Months)and Mojave Desert (1 Month). I later served in the Ct National Guard, Army Reserve and Air Force Reserved. My highest rank was PSG E7. Most of my reserve time was as a Combat Engineer Platoon Sergeant. I completed 16 years of Military service.
Employment
I have had many job in my life. Elastic Weaver, Military, Postal Worker (Letter Carrier and Clerk), Electronics Field Engineer, Field Service Manager, Repair Center Manager, Telephone support at Microsoft for MS Access and Application Developer Consultant (for the many years 18+). I have held many consultant jobs have learned from each of them and enjoyed most of them. My assignments have been with Sealand Corp (Charlotte, NC), American Express (Chicago, IL), Lowe's Company, (Wilksboro, No. Wilksboro, Statesville and Mooresville, NC), Wachovia Bank (Charlotte, NC), Wells Fargo Bank (Charlotte, NC), Archway at Lowe's (in Mooresville, NC) and Qualitest (Charlotte, NC). Part time I am the Developer for K-Water Software Inc. (owned by my wife) and develop custom software for Kangen Water Stores® and Multi-Level tracking software.
