Owner and operator of Garrett Feis & Associates. Inc. Garrett Inspection Service was restructured under the new corporate name of Garrett Feis & Associates, Inc.. This new corporation provides of all the inspection products of Garrett Inspection Service without preforming as General Contractors. The company was restructured due to the retirement of one of the principals.

Owner and operator of Allied Construction and Development Group, Inc. Chicago licensed General Contractor performing residential and income property rehabilitation. Specializing in major rehabilitations, condo conversations, investments and property development of one to four unit properties.
Semi retired November 2002 and living in the Atlanta metro area.
