Gary's Story
Life
graduated from BHS in '66. Went to Lamar for a couple of years until Jayme Moore (BHS '65) and I married. We moved to Lubbock, where I finished up at Texas Tech and she taught elementary. After I graduated, Jayme and I went to Arlington and both taught school--she in elementary, I in high school. After 5-1/2 years of parents, administrators, and Avon-book reading counselors....none of which wanted anything but zero problems and a babysitter......i quit...Expand for more
and joined the Air Force as an aircraft maintenance and munitions officer. Jayme continued to teach off an on where we moved to. We lived in Tampa FL, Hampton VA, Dayton OH, Lubbock (I taught at Tech), RAF Upper Heyford UK, San Antonio, Seoul Korea, Montgomery AL, Tucson AZ, and now in Ft Walton Beach FL. Jayme doesn't teach anymore and I am a deputy group commander for an F-15 fighter wing. We have one son....also in Air Force and at Korea.....Stewart, 23.
