Life After leaving school I went into the sevice. That was the best thing I could have ever done. It turned me completely around. I was doing some really stupid stuff with my life at that time. If you remember me, you know what I am talking about. When I got out, I came home, got married to my first wife. We had 2 beautiful daughters, then divorced. I have been married to my second wife for over 35 years. We have one son. I didn't graduate but do have a GED plus some college. I still live in Mineral Wells. I drive my own truck. I have been in and around the trucking industry all of my life. I have tried other things but always came back to trucking. I guess I am good at sitting on my butt and holding a steering wheel. I try to do my part to help keep Peterbilt in business. I do most of the work on them myself. When I first started I couldn't afford to have it done so I had to learn how to fix them. I don't mind getting a little dirty and greasy. It will wash off. For years I played music in and around M.W., the Metroplex, Austin, Abilene, San Angelo, Lubbock, all over Texas really.
