Interesting story.... Brice Hasty art teacher at Central High School, by the way, he, I am very sorry to say passed away.... I still think of him, his family contacted me about a picture I had drawn in his art class and given to Mr. Hasty to keep, since he took such a liking to it. He had left Instructions to return to me the framed drawing upon his passing. They told me growing up seeing the drawing hanging in the house, it had a lot of meaning to them, so I told them they could keep it. That was not the story, just a side note ..... smiles... anyway, story... Using heavy poster board and some cardboard I believe, put together several round cones. I was going to use them stacked on top of each other to build three wise men sculptures (Christmas was coming up). This would have been 1976, I do believe. Anyway, Mr. Hasty saw what I was doing, he gave me the empty classroom across the hall to work in, so I would not be bothered. I built them without all of the ornamen...Expand for more
