Gary's Story
Life
Hi Everybody! I live in San Diego, California. I have a home in the community of Kensington where I live with my two dogs, Max and Stephie. I'm a family practice physician in private practice.
My father, brother, Tim, two sisters, Melissa and Jolene, and my grandmother live in San Diego. My oldest sister, Kristi, lives with her husband and 3 children in St. Louis, MO. Tim is divorced with three kids, Melissa is married with a baby on the way, and Jolene is happily coupled with her boyfriend, Tim. Unfortunately, my mother passed away in November of 2000.
I attended Heritage Christian School in Fort Collins, CO, until my family moved to Montrose, CO, in 1976. I was in the 9th grade. In Montrose I attended Foothills Christian High School in the 10th grade and as a senior. I attended Montrose High School my junior year.
My family left Montrose in 1979 and moved to San Diego. I attended...Expand for more
junior college at Palomar College in San Marcos, CA, and then transferred to the University of California, San Diego, in 1984. I graduated from UCSD in 1987, with a degree in psychology and having met pre-med requirements for medical school. I was then accepted to the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and began my medical school studies in the fall of 1987.
In 1989, I transferred to a medical school in California, the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. I graduated in 1991. I entered internship and residency training in Los Angeles and eventually moved back to beautiful San Diego where I have been since.
I very much enjoy being a private practice family doctor. I have my own office in the San Diego commmunity of Pacific Beach.
I've met alot of really good people down through the years at all the schools that I attended. It would be great to hear from some of you.
