Starting out in the Blue Valley School District in 1968 as a high school history teacher and concluding my career as the superintendent of schools in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford School District in the suburbs of Dallas-Fort Worth. T sales. Both live in the DFW area. Our first grandchild, Avery Buinger, arrived in January 2019. What a great present for our 50th anniversary.

We have begun to travel again. We cruised the Baltic in June 2022 visiting seven countries and visited Japan in November 2023. Next year's travels will take us to Sicily in March and a tour of Frank Lloyd Wright designed buildings in the Mid-West in the Fall..
