Gene's Story
Life has taken many more interesting twists and turns than I had imagined while growing up in Texas. Right now, I am very happily married to my wife of 24 years and love being the dad to two daughters - Aged 13 & 17. After college and seminary, I did pastor two churches. Loved the work and loved the people, but realized I wasn't really a Baptist, so we moved to California, became Unitarians and now I am one of the 'founders' of a start-up software company. veling quite a bit. I tend to spend a fair amount of time in Africa and the Middle East now, but have had the chance to work in quite a few places around the world. The object of our company's solution is economic development, supporting democracy, and addressing poverty. Broad issues, eh?
It has been a long time since I have had the chance to talk with many of my friends at Temple and Coatesville High Schools, Eastern and the Seminary formerly known as EBTS! Hope all is well and that we get a chance to connect sometime.
