Gene's Story
Tried the college route...did not last much past the first sem.
Loafed for the next 6 months 'till $ went dry.
Joined USN for nuclear power. 1yr Orlando, 6mo Idaho (great outdoor activities), 3mo San Diago, 6 years Charleston SC.
Got to see losts of sea while on the USS Seahorse (sub). Got to see some land: Norway (the best) North Pole ...Expand for more
(white and cold), several Carib. islands, Canada.
Got job turing wrenches in mfg co. out of USN. Moved into computer networking with same co. Doing that to date.
Done travel with co.: China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Germany, Portugal, Mexico (wow!), some of US.
On second wife, first never made it to being a Dr. so she had to go :)
