George's Story
I lived in River Heights on Oxford St. with my family. used to hang with Vince and Stan Lopston and the group that were always near the skating rink area. I remember one guy used to pick up and throw the telephone polls that marked out the parking lot, can't remember his name though..

e highway, but it did. 2/3 of that in the city. I drove it to Tec Voc when I went there. I sold it at auction 30 years later to Jim Guathier and it was in his showroom on Mc Phillips Street I am told. I used to date a girl by the name of Carol Dunne, one of the nicest women I ever knew, If anyone knows where she is please let her know I would like to see her again or at the very least say Hi again, I wish now I had married her.
