George's Story
After getting married in 1970 and having a son in 1971, 1972 I joined the Army. I spent my first 8 months at Ft. Polk Louisiana, then I went to Germany for 2 years outside of Nuremberg Germany in a little town called Schwabach I was with B Troop 1st Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment First Armored Division. (Old Iron Sides) This unit is now at Ft Bliss El Paso, TX. After the Army, I attended ASU for a short time but work was good as a builder so I left college. Then I started working as a plumbers apprentice and passed the Journeyman Plumbers exam in 1980, became a Master Plumber in 1985, in 1990 became Chief plumbing inspector for the City of San Angelo, 1995 went to work for the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners as a field investigator. In 2000 I move my family to San Antonio TX from San Angelo TX to become a trainer for a large plumbing company.

I have been involved in many organizations including Free Masons, Woodman of the World, member of Plumbing and Appeals Board for the City of San Angelo and have served on committees for Lee High School in San Antonio TX
In 2012 along with my wife and son we started 4D training Services LLC and do training for Plumber's prep, OSHA, and American Heart Association. As a family-owned business, we purchased Life Sustaining Training LLC located in Austin TX. In 2014. On January 14, 2017, we will be opening a new training site in San Angelo. TX. In 2018 I lost my brother Gary Davis to Cancer. We were both going thru pancreatic cancer but he lost his battle.
I have had cancer three times now. In 2009 I had Pancreatic Cancer, it has now gone to my liver. Thank God I just keep living for him and he keeps me going. In 2018 I became a deacon at my church. I love serving the Lord and the members. of our church.
I retired on $-15-2021 and now will ride around on my motorcycle.
