George's Story
Life
After working too many WILD years in Silicon Valley industry after college, I gave it all up, got married in 1990, and moved to Folsom to start a new life and career. It didn't work out as expected as I got divorced in 2003. I got re-married in 2007. My youngest son passed away in Dec 2013 of a heroin overdose at age 20. My wife and I moved up the hill a bit to Cameron Park in 2016. My oldest son graduated from college, works for the state, and got married in 2018. My grandsons are almost 1 and almost 5 and are very cute. My wife and I have been married ...Expand for more

College
I graduated from San Jose State in 1981 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. In the early '90s, I graduated from a POST-certified police academy.
Workplace
I retired from the state and CHP in 2017. I get to ride my motorcycles, drive my Honda Talon side by side, Raptor 700 sport quad, and Jeep off-roading, and go camping and traveling at will! Every day is Saturday!
I have been a volunteer with the El Dorado County Sheriff's Office since 2018. I am also a member of two ham radio clubs, the Odd Fellows and the Elks Lodges.
