Georgia's Story
Life
My Spouse
My husband died last year (2001), but
I was going to a friend's house and driving my own car. I had a date, but he was a dud. My car ran out of gas and this knight in shining armor, who was at my friends house, helped me out. He was such a gentleman that I had to know more about him. We've been together for 27 years. It's hard to say he is gone.
My Pets
chiuahuah and she's my best animal friend. Tinkerbell is a cat thaPaco is a 17 year old Chiuahuah and needs to be put to sleep. Pepin is a 15 year old "poodle" that definitely needs to be put to sleep. Libby is a sweet little t we found in a tree. She's about 8 years old and she has us trained now. Then there's Cinderella who is a deaf Dalmation about 6 years old. *Note: Since my husband's death, Paco and Pepin have passed on and the Dalmatian was given to a good home, so all I have is Libby and Tinkerbell. I have a new kitten - white with blue eyes, and her name is Pepper. Also, my grandson found a large turtle and has taken good care of it.

My Kids
One is a tech writer; one is a state trooper; one is a bum (?); and one works in a hospital. They are sweet.

In high school, I was basically ignored. What people do not know is the fact that I was physically and emotionally abused by my grandmother who raised me. I was beat on with her fist or belt buckled almost every day of my life. I wasn't allowed to have friends or even dress like my peers. I had to steal notebook paper because I loved to do homework and there was no other way to get paper. I often went hungry at lunch time. I wish at least one person from high school would write to me and say, "Hey, I loved your music," or maybe just a friendly hello. High school was my escape from my hellacious home environment. I was trapped in her chambers of hell. I just wish everyone knew me better back then and could have helped me. Well, wish in one hand and ...........
