since. I was married (technically still am) on May 7th, 2006. Been seperated since September 2010. Currently starting a new life in Dallas, TX with my boys. Things aren't exactly where I wish they would be by now but I'm working very hard to get them there. I have come a LONG way & I'm very proud of my accomplishments.
I have 2 little boys that are my pride & joy! Dathon Alan McKee (4~11~04) & Christian Matthew Powers (12~20~06) are the only 2 guys I need in my life! They are the reason I do what I do & why I am where I am. I would do ANYTHING for them. They are fun, outgoing, keep me laughing & they take care of me when I need them the most. I am truly blessed to have my 2 little superhero's! They make me proud to be a mom!
I've learned a lot; like who I can or can not trust. I'm proud to say I have a close group of trustworthy friends that I am eternally grateful for & do not know what I would do without them. To all the others who decided not to be my friend for whatever reason; YOUR LOSS!!! I'm not sweatin the small stuff anymore (well, okay, I'm working on it anyway.) My Grams is my world, I am where I am because of her. I learned so much from her & it has been SO hard without her. Her words live on in me though. I may not make all the right decisions but I do think about what she would say about every situation I end up in. I miss my Grams more & more every day. I buy pink & support the cause & always will because that's what she did & that's what she would want. I LOVE YOU GRAMS! I had to mention her on here because she is one of the many people who have helped me become who I am today.
If you want to know anything else, just ask. I've gone through a whole lot in my life already & I've managed to overcome all the bad stuff. I love my family more then words can say, even if I don't say it to them enough. I was once told to be selfish for a little while and work on me; so I am & I'm proud to report that the outcome is much better then even I expected. Still a work in progress though.".
