Life Hello everyone. After leaving Roosevelt HS I went to the Univ. of Georgia for 4 yrs then went to the Univ. of Wisconsin for a graduate degree in library science. In 1974 I was at James Madison University in Virginia where I worked for 36 yrs. I was a professor and reference and government documents librarian. I retired in the summer of 2010 and am enjoying a new life in retirement. I've been married once and divorced, but don't have any kids. I married again in October 2016 to a wonderful Dutch woman. I lived in Charlottesville next to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia until my marriage but am now living in The Netherlands (Holland). . Work I worked from 1974 to 2010 at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. I started out cataloging books and then went on into research answering questions from students and faculty.
