Gerald's Story

I was in the military for several years, USA army. Did some special ops. Member of the American Legion. Worked surgery in Wyoming, xray tech and EMT in Montana, did Flight-for-life, kidney dialysis from 1988 - present in Texas, Iowa, Nebraska, and Carnival Cruise Lines. In 1997 - 1999 I owned and operated my own art studio in Abilene, Texas but I missed the medical field, so I came back to it. As many of you know, while we were in school, I would always start a story by writing a sentence and passing it around to someone else to add to it so I decided to write a book and it is now published internationally. the Authorhouse website in early 2011. You can find it online at Barnes & Nobles, Borders, Amazon.com and Authorhouse.com. I have seven children, still in Tae Kwondo (in 1996 I was chosen as the alternate for the Olympics), and live in Onawa, IA with my wife, Angie (who sang at the Nashville Star Seek in 1995, writes her own songs, and is now an RN and works for the same company in dialysis that I do), and our youngest daughter, Tabitha (Who wants to be a UFC fighter). My wife and I are persuing foster parenting to help fill up our five bedroom home again. Last, but not least, I am currently seeking the correct lotto numbers for Wednesday or Saturdays drawing, LOL.
