ofessor (go figure). Now I am a Department Head at a Land Grant University. Hopefully, if anyone reading this was one of my students - you didn't have too bad of an experience. Former Claire Wilfert (also went to Barbe) and I have been married 35 years and have one son who graduated college a few years ago. My mother was Connie Sims, who taught at several schools in the area (mostly 2nd and 3rd grade) and my dad was Harvey Sims, who worked for Cities Service. Both are now deceased.
