Life
Everyone knew me as Geri Livingston. I was just wondering where all the class of 1963 went too. As for me it has been a long road but have made it with just a few bumps. Back then I was fat and everyone teased be about being big, but now it is a whole different story. Don't ask me where the weight went, it just did and now I eat everything I want and still lose weight. My favorite is Chocolate. After I left school, I moved to Tacoma and worked various jobs. Not happy with what I was doing, I joined the military (Army) spent close to 9 years there and became a civilan again. Again looking for work and everyone...Expand for more
said I was over qualified so that shot that down again. LOL So I decided to do what I wanted to do. I ran a group home for disabled adults for about 5 years and that was shut down by the owner who said she was not making enough money off it. Then I started working with the elderly and love doing it. Did that for a few years until I contacted an old friend of mine who asked me to work for her. I accepted and have been working for her for the last 15 years. The job I have is very hard at times but very rewarding. I work in a home for medical fragile children. I would not trade this job for anything in the world.
