Sad news - Mr. Barker passed away a couple of weeks ago. He was living in Ukiah, CA with his daughter for the past few years. Hello Vikings - check me out on Facebook as gbcreque. Yes, Virginia, ex and I did actually split up after 34 years together, BUT I am happy to move forward in life. Ending the divorce in 2010 just re-affirms my belief that this is going to be the best year of my life to date. 2008 was known as "the year I got rid of that pain in my a--!" My favorite quote from T.S. Elliott seems so apt at this point, "This is the way the world ends. Not with a bang, but a whimper." I'm going back to college now that the divorce has happened. . .
