Gerry's Story
I've lived near the metropolitan Sacramento area for the past 34 years and retired from the real estate business in 2003. I was widowed in Dec. 2005 when my dear husband, George, passed away after a 2 yr. battle with cancer. I keep busy with various activities including visits to and from friends and family, which includes 4 grown children, 4 grandchildren & 3 great-grandsons.
In addition, I volunteer for the American Cancer Society's Discovery Shop in Roseville and am a member ...Expand for more
of the Roseville Genealogical Society. I also have been a volunteer for several years at the Sacramento Traditional Jazz Society's Jubilee and Jazz Festival each May in Sacramento. From Sept. through July I work part-time for the City of Sacramento as one of their staff persons for various events at the Convention Center, Community Theater and the Memorial Auditorium.
