Gilbert's Story
After High school, I just had minial jobs for a couple of years then joined the Army and lived overseas for a while. I met my "x" wife and got married and had a beautiful little girl. Then we decided to come back to the staes and live in her, my x, hometown and raise a family. I started going to school and got my Associates degree in CIS, Computer Imformation Systems. I started on my Bachelors when I found out that I was going to be a dad again, we had a very handsome son, so I decided it was time to buy a house. I figured it was time to get a career and make a home for my family. We bought a house and I started working as the IT specialist for our count...Expand for more
y government. After a year I was offered a job as Housing Director, I found I really enjoyed my work it was something that I have never thought of doing. I hope to being doing this job for a long time. I also am a VP of the NM NAHRO Board and member of the SW NAHRO Board too. I started working at a bar as a bouncer and got real good at it. But now I promoted myself and work as a DJ on the side, I really enjoy doing it. Then I got divorced in 2006. So now I live in a small town in NM where I don't belong. But I wouldn't leave it for the world, because my two beauitful kids live here. So here I am! Anything else anyone want to know, don't hesitate to ask.
