Ginnie's Story
Life
Currently live in a small upstate New York town, close to Albany. Attended college in my late 30's and early 40's.
Managed to get 2 degrees BA in Studio Art and a MS in Art Education.
Created lots of art and exhibited locally for about 10 years, had a lot of fun doing it and even a few sentences in local art criticism newspaper articles. Also until last January was the 'art sub' for my local school district, retired, my feet just got to hurtin' too bad to stand around all da...Expand for more
y watching kids goof off while I attempted to keep them focused on their art work. Am still married to the same guy, for 40 years and counting. Had 3 children, 2 daughters and a son. Now have 5 grandchildren. Love to garden. Still love the Jersey shore. Am thinking about writing a book about Maple Shade circa 1945 to 1958. If I ever get it done! At least I have a title: Shadows in the Shade. Hope to hear from anyone who remembers me and wants to share some memories, laughs or tears!
