Glen's Story
HI Everyone. Life has been pretty exciting since Aldine. I attended Aldine for several years then transferred to Sam Houston. Passed my GED exam and joined the Navy and set off to "See the World" and WOW!!! has life been exciting. Attended Long Beach City and several other colleges in my spare time and recieved a degree. I majored in Football and Girls..not necessarily in that order though..lol..Was stationed in San Diego, Long Beach, Virginia, Spain - 3 years, Italy - 3 years, Japan - 2 1/2 years and have been residing in San Diego since 92. I retired from the Navy as a Chief in 1995. Since then I've had a decent career in Mortgage and Investment Banking. y ex wife when I was 21 and married her at 22. We stayed married until around 87 when we took a break from each other. We label that our "lost weekend". Then remarried in 89. We divorced "again" in 2002, yes, I know.."didn't get enough the 1st time"..lol..thankfully we had no kids...still working on the 1st one and doing a lousy job at it..lol.. I have a 501c and have been involved with various overseas Evangelistic Ministries. Between this and some investments it keeps me busy. Anyway life has been pretty good and I have no major complaints or regrets. I usually go back to Houston every year or so for family reunions or a funeral. North Houston sure has changed since the early 70's. Love to hear from you, keep in touch and remember to be a blessing....Glen
