Glen's Story
Life
I left Live Oak in 1974 when I joined the U.S. Army. I served for twenty years traveling all over the world. I've lived in the Orient (Korea) for a year, seven years in Europe (Germany and the Holland) as well as a year in the Middle East ( Bahrain ) . In my travels I have had dinner with a Queen ( Queen Beatrice of Holland) , tea with a King(SheK Isa Ben Sod Al Kali fa of Bahrain). I have shared Saki with a wino in Tokyo and broken bread with a Bedo...Expand for more
uin herdsmen in Saudi. I have danced on the Berlin wall and witnessed its collapse first hand. I have assisted in disaster relief where I helped feed some of the starving in Africa.
And now, I am retired from the University of Arizona and live with my wife Sandy Bordelois, in Tucson AZ. I have three children with my first Wife, Lora Holt, of Durham, they all living in Oroville CA. I also have 3 grandsons, 1 grand daughter and
2 great grandchildren.
