More about Glendell:"I retired from Baptist/St. Anthony's Health System on February 1, 2011. I was a chaplain there for 14 years and 4 months. It really was a great place for me to work! I enjoyed relationships with other employees, and I met many precious patients and families there.
Bonnie and I moved to Weatherford, TX (30 miles west of Fr. Worth) on March 31, 2011. Landon, my oldest son, bought a house and gave it to Bonnie and me. About 3 miles outside of town, northwest of Weatherford...on a lazy country lane. Landon's family lives at the end of the lane, where all 4 of our grandchildren live. We love seeing them a lot. Landon owns businesses in Dallas and Chicago.

My other son, Derron, also lives at Weatherford, and he teaches and coaches at Peaster High School, where he just started his 16th year. Pesater is a 2A school 5 miles north of where we live. For the first time, we will be able to see all of his team's games. (It's my favortie sports team.) And I expect to see many of the team's practices.
Melody, my daughter who is now 29 years old, still lives in a group home in Amarillo that is operated by ADVO Company. They are taking wonderful care of her. It was emotionally hard to leave her, and I miss seeing her whenever I want to.
Bonnie and I joined North Side Baptist Church on July 31, 2011 and Grace Sunday School class 2 weeks later. We hope to eventually feel a sense of belonging.
Bonnie's daughter and son live in the metroplex area, Amy at Grand Prairie and Eric at Ft. Worth. So 4 of our 5 children live down here.
We are still adjusting to new living circumstances. Most importantly, we feel this is where God wants us at this time in our lives. Bonnie is still searching for a job. We need God's intervention.".
