Glenn's Story
School
Favorite teachers? Coach Gray & Koller, Mr. Kopp, and Mrs. Millspaugh (who gave me a "B" and told me that it would have been an "A" for anyone else but that I should have done better!!!)
Funniest memories? I've told my youngest so many stories about:
- Rocky & I picking on Phil (my quick-trigger, red-headed Italian friend)
- going skiing with Phil for MY first time, I fell and they stopped the chair lift, then after finally getting up and out of the way, Phil gave me my first lesson: how to get up after falling-so he PUSHED ME DOWN AGAIN!!!!
- getting Sarah in trouble by popping her gum with my hand but it stuck to my hand as I pulled away and fell to the floor; Sarah screamed during class and got in trouble for chewing gum,
- picking Jessie up from behind while giving him "twisters"
- being forced to (or she'd flunk me) take a test in Mrs. Rippy's World history class (when I didn't need the points) so I flipped a coin for all the answers.
- having a strange man walk into the locker while talking to Mr. Gray and ask us to pray for him, then when we bowed our heads, he broke into "tongues" (with two Baptist and Free Methodist boys). It was all we could do to maintain control of ourselves and not burst out laughing.
- picking on Mrs. Catlett

ushes? Trina Erhgood, Robin Hensen, Joanne Baker, Stephanie Hempker & Kristy Anderson.
College
My favorite memories of SPU was my travels the SPU Singers for three years, including a summer tour, so many laughs with so many talented people.
I had a blast with Howie, all the intramural sports and playing pick up ball in the gym with some of my men and women bball friends from the teams.
And last but not least, my favorite years were my first two years with the Singers and living on 2nd Marston South and all the wild and crazy things we did when nearly all of us (including the ladies on 2nd Marston North) that first year were freshman and new to college and life.
Workplace
I have worked full time in three Michigan churches since graduating from Seattle Pacific University in 1991. Three years as a youth pastor and from 1994 to the present as a Worship & Arts Pastor in two churches.
In both worship ministries, we have started, solidified and/or built worship, drama, and technical arts teams. We have also created video arts and graphics teams to do in-house video creations and IMAG for services.
The greatest rewards I have had are seeing people grow in their faith, grow in their talents and people answer God's call to volunteer and vocational ministry.
