t is a way to deal with anxiety and life stressors. I am a HEP- C Navigator currently in the Bronx and a speaker, counselor, facilitator and more than anything after "half a century" 50 yrs old I am finally finding out who I am. I am happier now that I have my whole life but life still has major challenges like taking the subway and facing age (aches and pains) lol
