Gloria's Story
Hi to all,
It is great to see that we can connect after soooooooooo many years away from Buckingham High School.
I am married with 4 dhildren: Kim,Pam,Mark and Brenda. They are all married and we have 9 grandchildren now, Kurt, Laura (Kim;s children) Samantha, Jason and Sean (Pam's children) Joshua and Noah (Mark's children) and Alyssa and Alexa (Brenda's children). They range from age 2 to 23 yrs., sooooo we're pretty busy.
I still play guitar, sing and enjoy lots of music in my life. I have 2 of my daughters that sing and play instruments and 3 grandchildren who play and sing as well, sooooooo we have lots of great times together at our beef farm.
I worked for 31+ years at MacLaren's Newsprint mill and have been retired since 2006.
My hubby is a wonderful husband, Dad and Grampa. We have spent our married life on a beef farm, soooooooo it's been busy and retirement for me doesn't mean quiet. We babysit our two youngest grand daughters on a full time basis and love every minute of it.
We travel the world and enjoy cruising more than anything. We plan another cruise to Alaska this fall as we have been there before, one of the nicest places on this earth to see.

y hubby has leukemia now and has two heart attacks, but like the engenergizer bunny keeps on ticking.
I still have my Mom, but unfortunately my Dad died with Cancer a number of years ago.
Please let me know what is going on in your lives since we left Buckingham High.

I always wanted to be a wife and Mom when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a bad idea. As it turns out, they were wrong.
Pick up my guitar and sing some old bluegrass and / or gospel songs
My Mom and Dad were my first heros and then came along my hubby and now it's my children and grandchildren
To be honest with them and they return that in kind. Luv them dearly

My best friend would tell you I'm a true friend for life, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as flighty.
no I dress age appropriate with a little bit of bling and youthful closes that are still age appropriate.
I share my home with my hubby, which I find wonderful.
My oldest and best friend and I are still as close as friends can get. We visit, our kids are the same age and etc. My best friend is also married to my Mom's youngest brother, soooooo that helps
