Gloria's Story
When I was about 10yrs old I was hit by a car. I had a broken leg and a concussion. And the nurses at the hospital were real "creepy" and mean to me. But I felt better at home, after a week in the hospital.
I hope that people remember my smile and good nature towards other people of different nationallities. I'm never judgemental, because you just never know what someones been through. And that I fought cancer and all the treatments that made me sick to my stomach. And you just don't know how happy I was to have my hair grow back. I always wanted to be a Veterinarian when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were right.
When I need to blow off steam, I usually just go to my room and write in my journal, it's the best way to blow off steam. I don't like to fight, only if I have to.
My heroes are my foster parents, whom since passed away.They taught me love and compassion for others. I miss them both so much, I just hope they knew how much they met to me. I've alway's lived in Seattle and it's where I'll be for my remaining days. It's a great place to live and raise a family.
