Life
After EESS I went on to graduate in 1976 from Western with a degree in Geology. Paying no attention to that I worked at the UWO computing centre first as technical writer and then systems programmer on both the CDC and DEC mainframes. I moved to Edmonton in 1979 to work for Sherritt Gordon in setting up their computi...Expand for more
ng centre with Unisys mainframes. After 13 years there, I worked for Blue Cross, Sun Microsystems and Microsoft before taking my current job at Iomer (Software development). I met my wife Tina in the Geology labs in university. We were married in 1977 and move to Edmonton in 1979. She has worked at the UofA since then.
