Grant's Story
Life
I graduated from Enid High in 2000 and started college at USAO in Chickasha, OK the next fall. I graduated from USAO in April of 2003 with a B.S. in Natural Science and a Minor in Liberal Arts. From May of 2003 to May of 2004, I was at Fort Polk, LA in support of Operation Noble Eagle III. I was a sergeant in the U.S. Army Field Artillery. I am currently working on my Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) at OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa and I am a second lieutenant in the Army Medical Service Corps. Wish me luck!

Guard in January of 1999, as a 13F10, Fire Support Specialist. I was assigned to DET 3, 1/160th FA, in Perry, Oklahoma. I spent 5 and a half great years with the detachment, with a short stint as a COLT team chief at Battalion HQ in Chandler. I served in positions ranging from radio telephone operator, to forward observer, to COLT team chief. I made private first class, specialist, and sergeant in that time. In May of 2004, I was commissioned a 2LT in the Medical Service Corps as a Health Professions Scholarship recipient. I am currently in Medical School and a member of the Army Reserve.
