Workplace
My first job was working weekends at a small printing company. Working for Mr.McCleod like that was a good first step into the working world.
While I was going to the UofC(4 long years) I worked at Trancanada Pipelines over the summer. The morale and teamwork of the place was amazing. It seemed more like a family business then a large corporation. I look back on all my time there with fondness; even the time I got my fingertip...Expand for more

After leaving university I just started browsing the newspaper for a job. I worked for a temp agency for a couple weeks while waiting for replies to the resumes I sent out. Thats how I ended up where I am now, at Smurfit-MBI. I work in an unionized (CEP) environment with an odd assortment of people. The job can be quite boring and the shift work isn't that great, but until I figure out what I want to do next it will have to do.
