Greg's Story
Life
After high school I went to Purdue and stayed in the West Lafayette, IN area for about 10 years. A friend eventually coerced me to a job interview out in California at TRW, which I accepted.
I finally got married in 2000 to my college sweetheart(long story...) We have a very cute little boy who was born in March of 2003 and a precious little girl born in March of 2008.
I like to restore midyear Corvettes ('65s and '69s) for fun although I'm too busy to do much of it any more.
We built a new Arts & Crafts house which we started building in the spring of 2005.
Workplace
Always thought I'd take the technical career path as an engineer, but I've ended up as a Project Manager. Lots of fun, at times a real pain! TRW got bou...Expand for more
ght by Northrop but not much has changed. I earned my General Contractors License and my Real Estate License, both so I have some options to keep from getting bored when I do retire!
I got my PMI.org Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, my INCOSE Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) certification, and my ISC2 CISSP certification. I was also a CA state licensed Emergency Medical Technician, and a licensed Locksmith!
I returned to Northrop Grumman as a Facilities Engineering Manager in 2018 and am now Mgr Facilities Engineering.
Got an MBA and an MS Systems Engineering at LMU and am completing a Masters in Legal Studies at Pepperdine School of Law and starting the Masters in Dispute Resolution.
