Greg's Story
Life
I did the Brady Bunch thing. I had 3, she had 2. That's how I have so many kids. Six grandkids so far.
I have a carpenter, a plumber, a store cop, the youngest just got discharged from the Army Rangers in July '07 and worked for city of Anderson until he was recently laid off (thinking about college on GI bill), and the middle child is in nursing school. We have a poodle named Dante.
I finally got my SS disability in August '09. It has made things much better. I feel more like I am retired and contributing to my own upkeep.

43 while working full time to become a computer tech, and technical writer. Now I am resting.
Went to Florida in Sept. '09 to celebrate winning the struggle with SS. Tammy's Mom lives in Hollywood and her Dad in Okeechobee. My favorite place is Clearwater Beach. We spent a week there and had a great time. I learned that if I walk out chest deep in the water it holds me up enough that I don't get short of breath. It is a struggle getting across the sand to the water. My scooter doesn't do sand.
We got a new pick-up truck with a lift in the bed for my scooter. I am mobile again. Life is good. I am a lucky man.
