Greg's Story
Life
After high school, spent a couple of years in Finland and graduated from Brigham Young Univ. in 1984. Have worked in the hospitality industry since the opening of the Sea-Tac Marriott in 1981. Have been fortunate to work all over the country for Marriott, Red Lion and now various franchise groups that own and manage Marriott and Hilton Hotels. My Previous project brought be back to the great Pacific Northwest where I worked for Hollander Hospitality based out of Bellingham with 7 hotels in the PNW in WA and OR. riott Hotel to this state, Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett. My current assignment in 2024 has me working at the Crowne Plaza Seattle Downtown. I have 3 great kids.: Ryan 31 married and lives in Highland UT and works at a local law firm, McKay 29 and lives in Cedar Hills, UT and Cassidy 26 who is married and lives in Mesa, AZ. Really enjoy coming back to Washington and visiting family and friends and grateful for the opportunity to come multiple times each year. I recently retired from the Hotel life in 2025 and now divide up my time between Highland and St George UT.
