Life Joined the navy a year after high school. While in the navy became an alcoholic. Also used more than my share of drugs. In 1978 I accepted Jesus as my Lord and have been drug and alcohol free since. While my life is far from perfect, it sure beats the alternative. I am head of security for a local high school and try to help the teens of today avoid mistakes by sharing my past with them. Married for over 30 years, 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Live in Montgomery Village, Maryland (suburb of Washington, DC.)and would love to hear from some voices from the past. Over the past two years I have become addicted to something very bad that is costing me a lot of money and time. The good news is that it is GOLF. I am not very good (but as much as I play I have managed to improve a little), but that does not stop me from hitting the links every chance that I get. Look for me on the senior tour in a few years!! School Biggest crush was during 8th grade. I had it bad for a senior cheerleader, I think her name was Iris Lewis. Mrs. Long had the greatest effect on me and I guess that was why english was my favorite subject. If I could do it all over again I guess there are a couple of things that I would do different.
